BEST NIGHT OF THE YEAR! The show was a complete success! I'm so grateful to be a part of this cause with so many others! We had a great turn out, and a record-setting year, bringing in $80,000 for our local Safe House for Women.

Deb Maevers is a true genius and the most selfless person for creating this EMPIRE all to 100% benefit The Safe House for Women.

Rachel McNeely was the stylist mastermind behind my fabulous looks! She worked her booty off to bring each outfit to perfection! Thank you!!

And SO many others contributed to this event! I made so many new friends with some fabulous ladies!
To the women of the Safe House, I hope you never forget how strong you really are!

Also, big thank you to @makeupbylaceyk for coming in last minute for makeup and Angie of Under the Sun Tanning for providing our spray tanning glow for us! 1940s was absolutely fabulous!

Join us next year on 10/21/17, for VintageNOW8 for the 1980s!!! #walkSTRONG #vn7#stompOUTdomesticviolence

This look was SO different! But oh so fun! In true "news boy" fashion, I even threw out newspapers to an unsuspecting audience! I'm still trying to find the video footage!

Some of my "fans" (hehe!) and supporters of the night! Thank you to all of my family and friends who came to support the Safe House!

The following are only a FEW of the fabulous looks of the night. Four stylists worked so hard to create these looks and did a wonderful job!

Big thanks to Isle of Capri Casino for the yummy appetizers!

The sun was hot and I had found a great location on a recent location scout of mine! I also bought this dress awhile back and thought she'd look stunning in it (I was SO right!) and so we ventured out for a maternity session. Enjoy maternity photos with Lacey and Sam.

Grey kitchen cabinets have been trending the last few years, and frankly, I'm on board! My personal favorite would be an all-white kitchen, however, I totally understand when clients decide against white for less discoloration/cleaning purposes. Grey would be my definite next choice for my clients who love white cabinets, but cannot realistically choose them. Grey can be trendy, yes, but they're so versatile! I see the grey kitchen as a trend that will continue for quite some time. And there are great options in cabinet pulls and hardware to continue the trendy flair or show a more classic look.

While grey cabinets may not fit everyone's taste, I think they look fantastic and offer so many options for a unique look.

| Modern |

A modern contrasting option - Dark grey base cabinets and white wall cabinets with bold accents, gold hardware and fixtures and herringbone backsplash

| Farmhouse |

Add a wood block countertop to reinforce the use of raw materials in a farmhouse look

Or, wood block open shelves replacing wall cabinets

| Lighten Up |

Lighter grey options lighten up your kitchen space and look fabulous with white countertops

Love, love, love those gold cabinet pulls!
