Return Policy


We hope you understand that, as a general rule, we do not accept returns on personalized items. Please review your proof carefully and in entirety. In special cases, we reserve the right to make an exception - i.e., our mistake in shipping service, damaged goods, printing errors on our part, etc. We'll do our best to first, correct the error.


For non-personalized items, we accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

To initiate a return for non-personalized items, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return or use the contact form below.

2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

3. Send all items back to us using the label provided within 7 business days.

4. All approved refunds will be sent to original payment method within 2-3 business days. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.


Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be returned in original packaging with no signs of wear.
Return Shipping fees will be deducted from the original order amount.

Bulk orders of 500 count or more may require a non-refundable restocking fee of 10%.

If your order appears lost, we will do our best to work with you and the shipping carrier.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
