Return Policy
We hope you understand that, as a general rule, we do not accept returns on personalized items. Please review your proof carefully and in entirety. In special cases, we reserve the right to make an exception - i.e., our mistake in shipping service, damaged goods, printing errors on our part, etc. We'll do our best to first, correct the error.
In other cases, we'll allow a return and send a partial refund, which allows us to reuse the seed paper and recycle your unused cards and packing material. Please contact us with 3 business days upon receipt of your shipment if you have any issues.
Non-personalized items can be returned if unopened and unused and within 5 business days of delivery.
All refunds will be sent to original payment method. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
Bulk orders of 500 count or more may require a non-refundable restocking fee of 10%.
