SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your non-personalized order (excluding weekends and holidays). Expect an email within 3-5 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Personalized orders have a production time of 4-7 business days. Contact us for faster production.

Wedding Invitation suite production times will vary based on the services agreed upon - in general 3-4 weeks with rush availability as our schedule allows.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

LOCAL DELIVERY

  • Free Delivery in the Cape Girardeau, MO area is available Monday - Friday on orders over $35. Please email to arrange delivery time. If traveling over 20 minutes, a delivery fee may apply.

UNITED STATES / DOMESTIC

  • Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • USPS delivery to United States, Puerto Rico, etc.
  • Standard shipping is 3-6 business days via USPS Ground Advantage for $4.95 Flat Rate
  • Other shipping upgrades available during check out.
  • Free standard shipping for orders over $45.
  • Please understand that some military bases outside the US may not be able to accept packages with wildflower seeds inside. We will contact you
    if for some reason your location does not accept our packages.
  • Express packages are generally shipped via Fedex or UPS. Express shipping is available at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL 

  • We currently offer international shipping to Canada.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These duties are set by the customer's country. Creative Maison is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 How do I check the status of my order?

If you have not received a shipping confirmation by the timeframes above, please use the contact form below to contact us and we'll look into it for you.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at michelle@creativemaison.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
